Johnny and Zach did a full system clean of the heating system in my house. They cleaned all the ducts, registers, cans, smart vent and return. They cleaned the blower motor, squirrel cage, housing and compartment. They cleaned and re-sealed the evaporator coil and sanitized the system with an antibacterial spray. They vacuumed the house upon job completion. They did an outstanding job. They took their time as they went along to make sure that everything was done properly. We would like to express our gratitude for the highly professional and diligent efforts extended to us by Bruce, Service Supervisor, in having our single-package heating and air conditioning unit replaced. The 2-year old single-package unit was purchased from Home Depot and installed on their behalf by another Air Conditioning company.
Bruce was able to research and prove that the unit was flawed in design. The unit represented to us, the buyer/home owners, a predictable and ongoing pattern of danger, failure and costly repair. In my case, I had just returned home from major surgery to soon discover our furnace had not only failed to function, but in so doing had released a massive wall of raw gas alongside our house and bedroom windows.
As a consequence of Bruce's efforts, Home Depot contracted with Beutler to remove the 2-year old unit and replace it with a new and superior Amana single-package unit at no cost to us.
Every member of the Beutler installation team is to be congratulated for their own professional manner and quality of work. We have seldom, if ever, experienced the like. Each team member was courteous, careful, efficient and truly worked together as a team. They are each a credit to your company.

Amazing job! Our service tech came out at the time he said he would be here. Right away set up his ladder and got to work trouble shooting our homes air conditioning system. It is a newer home and Ira noticed that we were missing the proper filters for our system. We have two small children, he also fitted our outside unit with an extra screw so that our kids could not gain access to the electricity within the panel of the unit. After 18 years of good service from our Carrier Air Conditioner/Heat Pump we contacted Beutler for a unit inspection. This being very thoroughly done, it was advised that we have a consult with an area supervisor to discuss our choices.
Mike March arrived that afternoon to show us clearly and realistically our present situation with the unit. He was most courteous and ever mindful of our retired situation, fixed income and all. We both came to realize that a new unit was the most cost effective and efficient way to go.
With the option of open scheduling, the replacement was set for the next day. Ken and Ali arrived as planned and set about their business of removal and installation in a polite and professional manner. Although their day was long we appreciated their constant attention for cleanliness and protection of our home.

It is our pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for your supervisor, Mike March.
Mike responded to our request for a knowledgeable representative from Beutler to come out and explain to use the condition our furnace/ac system was in and if and what we should do to repair or replace it. He did that by explaining the options we had. He crunched the numbers and proved that not only economically but for safety it would be best to replace it. He then explained the choices of systems and worked out a financing plan for us.
After the new system was installed, we had some very big doubts that we were happy with it due to noise and constant running. We called Mike and he arranged for someone from customer service to come out and take a look at it right away. Some adjustments were made, and we are hopeful now that it will all be to our satisfaction. We appreciate Mike being so responsive to our concerns.
We have been a satisfied customer of Beutler for 12 years and we expect that relationship to continue.
A word also for your installation team: they worked very hard on the hottest day we have had and did a very good job until is was finished. They were very careful when they had to work inside the house wiht ladders, etc. and that was appreciated.

This letter to commend Peter I. is sent with our highest regards for his “low key” salesmanship. I have been in sales my entire 35 years of working for Pacific Bell. Even though I retired 10 years ago, I know a good salesman/manager when I see one. Peter was knowledgeable and patient. (I’m not.) Several weeks ago I found it necessary to have a representative from your company come to my home to conduct an inspection on our Beutler SMART FAN. Although I have been remiss in not writing sooner, it has remained important for me to do so because I was so thoroughly impressed by your technician, Mr. Neil Chapman who came by my home.
Mr. Chapman spent quite a bit of time evaluating my equipment and explaining to me the principle behind the smart fan system which, none of the other property inspectors were able to do when I purchased the home in April, 2011.
I felt Mr. Chapman was very thorough and personable and because of him, I purchased a one year service warranty with your company. While I have to admit, I don't fully understand how the SMART-VENT works, I am confident that when I have my system serviced in the next fall for the semi-annual inspection, your company will take care of the equipment properly.
I just wanted you to know that from my perspective as a homeowner for many years, I have rarely run across someone like Mr. Chapman. He displays a high degree of professionalism and is most definitely a credit to your company.

I am 100% pleased with the completed project and I want to express my appreciation to everyone involved. I am retired; I live alone; and i was present when all the work was done. The professionalism shown by the Beutler employees is outstanding. It began, with my dealings with Herbert Henry, Field Supervisor. Mr. Henry went through the Beutler proposal in detail, explaining each item in the contract. I understood it, and i was able to see the project to completion.
The fellows from Beutler who did the work were professional. They arrived on time, knew what they were doing, and explained to me what was going on. By the way - it was nice to receive advance calls from your office, that your workers "are on their way," or if they were "delayed" a call to that effect.
Finally, from my standpoint, an important part of the Work Order was the installation of a "fence' around the new condenser installed in my back yard. I have a dog who thinks the back yard is his and will lift his leg on anything out there. In the beginning of the project, Mr. Henry pointed out the corrosion on the old condenser, caused by the dog's urine. We agreed to include in the contract, construction and installation of a "fence" around the new condenser to avoid future damage. Mr. Henry personally did the work, before I signed off. The new fence is quite handsome - apparently constructed of stainless steel mesh - and is respected by the dog.

The quality of service I received from Johnny Perez was so excellent that I will be renewing my service agreement after it expires at the end of this year. Employees like Johnny and his workmanship is what makes this happen.
For the past several months we have been getting high amounts of dust and fibers around the home, on tile floors and TV screen and furniture. Johnny found several places which needed to be taped to prevent insulation fibers from getting into the system. He also checked the heating system and completed the A/C system work which was not performed on the 7/23 service call. Prior to leaving, he made sure we were completely satisfied and understood what had been done and why. He provided us with the detailed report of what he had done along with notes about the readings.

He asked pertinent questions from the System Checklist and listened to any questions I had regarding problems with heating and air in my home. He was the first tech that laid down a cover on the floor to protect the floor from insulation pieces that fell from the attic. He explained each and every step before he did it. Jason came to our home this morning and when I opened the door he greeted me with the nicest smile as he introduced himself. He explained to my husband and I that he would have to go into the attic to check our furnace and graciously helped me by putting a large sheet over our clothes that were hanging in our closet. He also set a small rug on the floor to catch any dust particles should there be any. That was a "first" for us and we really appreciated that gesture. After checking everything that he should, he came down to show us the notes he had made and we felt he was very thorough. We wanted to follow his advice to prevent anything going wrong with our furnace during this cold spell as we are 82 and 92 and cannot afford to get chilled at this point.
Speaking of our ages, Jason was very kind and compassionate to put up with our hearing impairment when he had to repeat. He had taken pictures and showed them to me and wrote up a lengthy report so that I could explain everything to Howard. We appreciated the money that we saved and are happy that he took care of our repairs while he was here.
Jason is personable, polite, prints beautifully (I am a former school teacher), well groomed, and trustworthy. He wore "booties" over his shoes, straightened up the closet before he left, and left us feeling that we were in very good hands with the work that he had done. He is truly an asset to your establishment and is to be commended for the job that he does. We two seniors really felt safe with his presence. Hang on to him as he is well worth keeping.
